Virtual “Run with the Flock 5K” & 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk

Image preview

The 6th Annual Run with the Flock is a race event for which all the proceeds are donated in support of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS).

After careful consideration, the 6th Annual Run with the Flock 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run, will be virtual one last year just to be safe as we continue to battle the COVID-19 pandemic.  Our most important focus in all our planning has been on the health and safety of you, our participants.  Everyone will be able to complete their race while maintaining social distancing running at their own pace, time and location.

While we are disappointed, we won’t be running together, we are grateful for the continued opportunity to raise money to help families and fund research to find a cure.  All the proceeds from our race event will be donated in support of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS).  During this pandemic, LLS has donated over $3.1 million to families to help them with their daily needs.

Did you know approximately every 3 minutes one person in the U.S. is diagnosed with a blood cancer? The LLS mission is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease, and myeloma and to improve the quality of life for patients and their families. LLS has invested more than $1 billion in research to find cures for blood cancer patients.

To be guaranteed a t-shirt, you must register by Sunday, August 1 at 11 p.m.  There are three options:  We will mail the shirt & medal directly to you if you pay the extra mailing amount OR you can swing by Rock City Running on Rodney Parham Road Little Rock, AR on September 11 between 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. to pick up your shirt & medal OR you can select the no shirt & no medal option.

Thank you in advance for your continued support to help us knock out cancer!
